Working as both a professional dancer and yoga teacher, Marta was first attracted to yoga for its physical benefits. She soon became aware of the practice's strong healing property, where body and mind find harmony through mindfulness in movement. Marta teaches energising and invigorating Yellow and Blue classes, with attention to alignment and sensitive adjustments.

Looking to find the connection between breath and movement, the class aims to build heath, strength and flexibility, increasing our body awareness and sense of presence. Open to all levels, she encourages students to find conscious embodiment, embarking the yoga journey with a positive mind and open heart.
