About Sound Baths
Sound baths are a unique type of practice that involve using crystal bowls, gongs and other instruments that produce therapeutic sounds and vibrations to bring about emotional healing. This practice is referred to as a “sound bath” because participants are “bathed” in vibrational sound waves.
Sound therapy has long been used to manage a broad range of health conditions. The treatments are based on the understanding that all forms of matter – including our body’s cells – vibrate at different frequencies. Factors such as stress, depression and disease cause cells and organs within our bodies to vibrate at non-optimal frequencies.
Uschi offers deeply restorative and transformational vibrational healing and sound bath experiences. She is passionate about holding spaces and creating soundscapes that draw us deeper into ourselves and offer the opportunity for subtle shifts, a sense of overall wellbeing and often, powerful insights and profound healing at a vibrational level, which in turn creates an environment where meaningful changes are possible.
Uschi is a music producer and music therapist who became interested in exploring sound therapy after experiencing its healing effects for herself more than 15 years ago. She works with quartz crystal chakra tuned bowls.
