Ana Dias


After sustaining a knee injury whilst working as a professional dancer, Ana turned to yoga as a tool for rehabilitation. 

Finding numerous benefits in the practice - from strength and flexibility to improved concentration and tranquility, Ana found her calling and is now trained in a wide variety of yoga styles.

Ana believes yoga has something to offer everyone. Her classes focus on building full body awareness, strength and developing a more supple body. Her Yellow and Chromatic classes stem from continuous movement deeply connected with the breath turning the practice into a moving meditation.
